Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy sets out what is and is not permitted on Verdeshell CRM. It supplements our Terms of Service.
1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of the Verdeshell CRM platform (the "Service") and forms part of our Terms of Service. It applies to every Subscriber and User. We may update this AUP from time to time; the current version always applies.
2. Your Responsibility
You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account, for your User Content, and for ensuring your Users comply with this AUP. Verdeshell is a neutral technology platform: we do not monitor or control User Content, and you remain solely responsible for it and for the legality of your use of the Service.
3. Prohibited Uses
You must not use the Service to: • violate any law or regulation, or facilitate any unlawful activity; • upload, store or transmit content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, obscene, harassing or otherwise harmful; • upload malware, viruses or any code intended to disrupt or damage systems or data; • infringe the intellectual-property, privacy, publicity or other rights of any person; • process personal data without a valid lawful basis or the consents required by law; • impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation; • gain or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, account or another tenant's data.
4. Messaging & Communications
If you use the Service to send email or WhatsApp messages to your contacts, you must: • obtain all consents required to contact each recipient; • honour opt-out and do-not-disturb requests; • comply with the WhatsApp Business Policy, TRAI/DLT registration requirements and applicable anti-spam laws; • not send unsolicited, bulk, deceptive or unlawful messages. You are solely responsible for the content of your messages. We may suspend messaging in response to complaints, low quality ratings or policy violations.
5. Regulated Activities
If your business is regulated (for example, lending or financial services, or health and nutrition services), you are solely responsible for complying with the laws, licences and regulatory requirements that apply to you. Verdeshell provides software tools only and is not a lender, financial institution, healthcare or nutrition provider, and does not provide professional advice.
6. System Integrity & Fair Use
You must not: exceed published rate limits; automate access except through official APIs; circumvent usage or security controls; reverse-engineer, decompile or extract our source code; resell or use the Service to build a competing product; or take any action that impairs the integrity, security or availability of the Service or other tenants' use of it.
7. Enforcement
If we reasonably believe you have violated this AUP, we may remove or disable access to the offending content, throttle or suspend your account, and, in serious or repeated cases, terminate your access — immediately and without prior notice where necessary to protect the Service, other users or third parties, or to comply with law. We may report unlawful activity to, and cooperate with, the relevant authorities.
